PC Range

At this year's IFA trade fair in Berlin, Sennheiser Communications will present their complete head set range for PC gaming, speech-recognition applications, Internet telephony and for listening to CDs and MP3 files. All five models have been on sale since July.

Sennheiser Communications have developed a series of headset models designed for Internet gaming and other PC applications that call for outstanding speech and sound reproduction. Ranging from the compact in-ear type through clip headset and behind-the head (neckband) model to binaural headsets - this robust and comfortable range offers the right model for every user.

All headsets come with two 3.5 mm stereo jacks for the usual sound cards. A 2.5 mm jack even enables the two compact in-ear and ear-clip models to be connected to a DECT phone or mobile phone. The PC 130, 140 and 150 feature noise-cancelling microphones that effectively filter out annoying background noise. Speech-based applications such as Internet games benefit from this improved speech transmission. This is important because in these games the players communicate with each other in real time and even minor distortions can lead to misunderstandings. With these headsets you can enjoy a crystal-clear sound reproduction. Those who also like listening to their favourite CDs on the computer should go for the outstanding comfort of one of the three binaural headset models. The volume control and microphone mute switch integrated in the cable complete the list of user-friendly features and make all five headset models a sound choice.

With this range of models designed specifically for PC applications, Sennheiser Communications offer the perfect equipment for action-packed gaming, listening pleasure and flexible, Internet-based communications. "Our target group for this range of headsets is people who are at home with technology and who find it natural to use their PC as a versatile everyday tool. If you like gaming, communicating with friends over the Internet or simply listening to music, then these headsets are for you," says Andreas Bach, Director of Sales & Marketing.
