The PX 23 battery for my K3 powering module is no longer available in the shops. Where can I get it from?

This battery is now available in a new version without mercury. You can order it from all Sennheiser Service Centers, its order number is 81474.



I have connected an e 865 microphone to my mixing desk, but the microphone does not work. Why?

The e 865 is a condenser microphone and therefore requires a supply voltage. Please switch on phantom powering.
