A team is more than the sum of its individual talents – decisions taken by the team are made with broad consensus: “Flexibility, for example, is extremely important to us,” explained Prof. Dr. Sennheiser. “How can all our divisions mesh together and collaborate with focus and efficiency? The solution of having a team where everyone works hand-in-hand is a timely investment in our dynamic company’s future.” |

Marketing and sales have been strengthened: Presidents Susanne Seidel and Paul Whiting can focus on these key areas more intensely now that they have been split into Global Marketing and Global Sales. Team thinking at Sennheiser is also going global: with specialist areas interlinked, teams are being created that cover a number of countries. The exchange of experience and expertise as they support projects is to everyone’s benefit. Volker Bartels, Speaker for the Executive Team: “Exchanging knowledge and ideas at all levels makes a company successful. We are also translating our partnership approach to customer relations – this is what makes Sennheiser special.” |
