Overview

The K6 Series provides film and video professionals with a modular system of sophisticated condenser mics they can choose from according to the task they have to tackle. The heart of the system is the K6 powering module, onto which the various mic heads are fitted. Omni-directional, cardioid, super-cardioid, short-gun, long-gun...the K6 Series offers maximum flexibility of configuration. Many lavalier mics can also be used with the K6 powering module. Mounted on a fishpole or directly on the camera, the K6 Series microphones ensure high-quality reproduction and unfailing reliability.

Versatile power

The K6 powering module is the foundation of the K6 modular pre-polarized condenser microphone system. By combining the powering module with the different condenser microphone heads (threaded), a range of microphones of various pick-up patterns can be obtained.

For voices that stand out

This super-cardioid mic head – ideal for conferences and all other spoken-word situations – featurs excellent attenuation of off-axis sources. It has a flat response independent of directivity, and provides excellent speech intelligibility: ME 65

Brilliance long distance

Pronounced directivity, excellent attenuation of off-axis sources, as well as very low self-noise make for mics that capture nuances in sounds even from farer away sources: ME 66, ME 67
