MZE 8120

The MZE 8120 is a 120-cm extension tube designed for use with select Sennheiser MKH 8000 microphones. Designed to extend the placement of the microphone, such as for orchestra recording, studio recording, opera performances, and more, the MZE 8120 extension tube features an adjustable pivot head that allows you to achieve perfect microphone placement. A special bar inside the tube carries the audio signal. The audio source connects to this unit via an XLR connection at the end of the tube, and the head of the microphone attaches to the front of the tube via an adjustable pivot piece, which allows you to customize the microphone angle to perfectly meet your needs.
