Globe Telecom, Inc. (Globe), has transformed The Globe Tower B1 Townhall, one of its most important and versatile collaboration spaces, using Sennheiser’s
TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC 2) to deliver a premium, fully flexible audio experience. As a space that can operate as a large town hall venue or be divided into five independent hybrid meeting rooms, the B1 Town Hall required an enterprise-grade audio solution that could adapt instantly to changing layouts while maintaining exceptional clarity and reliability.
Already a long-time user of Sennheiser’s G2, G3 and G4 wireless microphone systems, Globe selected
TCC 2 for its beamforming microphone technology, superior speech intelligibility, and seamless integration with platforms like Google Meet and Zoom. The decision was reinforced through Globe’s DesignBuildOperate (DBO) model, ensuring the solution met strict standards for security, scalability and sustainability. Cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure Planning and Build – Engr. Mayette Asentista, Building Management Operations – Engr. Carl Oliver Maniquez and Workplace Technology Lead - Richard Tabigue collaborated to align technical requirements with operational efficiency and long-term maintainability.
Sennheiser’s support was a key factor in the project’s success. Globe benefited from responsive technical guidance, design expertise, and hands-on deployment assistance, building on an already strong partnership from previous workplace technology initiatives. Despite a tight implementation timeline, the
TCC 2 integrated smoothly with Globe’s DSP and video systems, enabling rapid deployment without disruption.
The result is a future-ready, user-centric collaboration space that delivers frictionless hybrid meetings, automatic room reconfiguration, and consistent audio performance across all room modes. With Sennheiser’s
TCC 2 at its core, the B1 Townhall now sets a new benchmark for flexible corporate AV design, supporting everything from executive town halls to high-impact team collaboration.
