Atemporal em funcionalidade e design, o MAT 153- S nos dá uma base sólida, além de um fácil acesso ao botão do microfone gooseneck XLR-5. O phantom power acende como um indicador de status. E um conveniente botão de microfone é apresentado em uma anel bi-colorido para um feedback visual bem claro. Além disso, ele vem também com a saida TTL-Logic, que pode ser usada de várias maneiras - como por exemplo controle de uma câmera.
