Emerson Automation Solutions, a global leader in industrial automation, sought to upgrade the audio infrastructure in their Dubai-based offices to enhance communication and collaboration across boardrooms and meeting spaces. With a focus on innovation and seamless integration, Emerson partnered with Sennheiser and Aesthetix Technologies LLC to implement a cutting-edge audio solution.
Emerson FZE in Dubai needed a modern, scalable audio infrastructure to replace legacy microphones and improve hybrid meeting experiences across multiple boardrooms and a divisible meeting room. With a requirement to integrate smoothly with existing Cisco and Q-SYS systems and to meet global performance standards, Emerson partnered with Sennheiser and local integrator, Aesthetix Technologies LLC, to deliver a future-ready solution.
Sennheiser and Aesthetix Technologies LLC implemented a comprehensive upgrade centred on
TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC 2) microphones deployed across three divisible rooms, a boardroom and an experience centre, supported by a 4-channel
SpeechLine Digital Wireless system with handheld and bodypack transmitters and a centralized
Control Cockpit for monitoring and management. The installation leveraged the newly announced Sennheiser–Cisco–QSYS alliance to ensure seamless interoperability and added
TruVoicelift and camera-tracking functionality in the divisible rooms to improve participant audibility and camera focus during hybrid sessions.
The result was immediate and measurable: crystal-clear speech capture and consistent audio performance across spaces, reliable integration with Emerson’s Cisco and Q-SYS platforms, simplified operation and centralized device management for facilities teams, and a scalable AV architecture designed for future rollouts. The Experience Centre revamp proved the technical superiority of
TCC 2 over the existing legacy systems and established a regional benchmark as the first integration following the alliance announcement.
