LightHub is Vietnam’s first experience center that integrates Smart Lighting – Smart Home – Smart Building – Smart City technologies. More than just a showroom, LightHub is a strategic platform that enables them to lead the market, drive business growth, and elevate its brand presence across the region. Officially launched in August 2025, LightHub meeting room serves as a hub for showcasing innovations in conferencing and hybrid capabilities.
Sennheiser equipped LightHub’s newly launched 2025 Experience Centre with a compact, professional audio solution designed to meet a tight five-day installation and commissioning window while supporting daily customer demos and regular hybrid internal meetings. The installation centred on a TeamConnect Ceiling Medium (TCC M) integrated into a Crestron led AV ecosystem that included Crestron cameras, ceiling speakers, a touch panel and automation, and an LG display with Zoom/BYOD workflows for flexible meeting use.
Sennheiser’s reputation for reliable technology and audio quality, the smaller TCC M form factor that preserved the room’s sleek aesthetics, and validated interoperability through Sennheiser’s collaboration with Crestron made the brand the clear choice, supported by local dealer partnerships and hands on technical assistance during tuning and DSP configuration. The TeamConnect Ceiling Medium’s automatic dynamic beamforming technology was also a key consideration in the selection process.
Although LK Technology had prior experience with Sennheiser wireless systems, this was their first Sennheiser ceiling microphone deployment and the project benefited from smooth cooperation and responsive support, enabling predictable audio performance and straightforward integration with room control systems. The result is clear, tuneable speech capture for remote participants, dependable demo performance from opening day on 5 August 2025, and a future ready experience centre with planned enhancements such as TruVoicelift and a repeatable reference design for other sites.
