Servicing headsets for the Aviation markets requires approvals from the FAA/EASA. Sennheiser do not offer repairs for Aviation headsets directly, only via a small number of authorised service partners with the required certification and approvals.
We are now outside of the warranty and service periods for those headsets and are no longer producing spare parts.
Some spare parts may still be available with our Aviation repair partners and individual repairs might be possible. Please contact the partners directly to enquire about a possible repair. The list of service partners can be found here:
