Security Support after Product End-of-Life
Sennheiser is committed to supporting our customers even after a product reaches its end-of-life (EOL). For all discontinued products, we provide:
• 24 Months of Security Support
Following the official EOL date, Sennheiser will continue to deliver firmware updates addressing critical security vulnerabilities for a period of 24 months.
• Technical Assistance
Our customer support team remains available to assist with security-related inquiries during this support window.
• Update Requirements
To benefit from ongoing support, customers must ensure their products are updated to the latest available software or firmware version. Updates may be required to maintain performance and compliance with published specifications.
