Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry have put unified communications and multi-site learning at the heart of their Doctor of Medicine (MD) program since 2008, relying on beamforming microphone solutions to support their advanced educational environment. The TC Bar M was installed to enhance Schulich’s medium-sized conferencing and collaboration spaces,

 

A standout example of this installation is the university’s History of Medicine Library, a 35-person capacity space dedicated to multi-site learning, student collaboration, and guest lectures. In this environment, the combination of the TC Bar M and TCC M provides seamless audio and video coverage. The TC Bar M delivers audience-facing crystal-clear video, microphones, and audio, while the TCC M provides the additional microphone coverage needed to ensure optimal sound clarity, regardless of how the space was being used.
