4.2.1 Latin America and The Caribbean
In all Latin American countries (except Mexico and Brazil) you can only file a claim under the Sennheiser Warranty if the Product was purchased in the country where the claim is filed. If you have purchased the Product in another country, please contact the Sennheiser Country Partner CMV in this email address:
warranty_latam@cmvaudiogroup.com and they will help and orient you through your warranty process.
If you purchased the Product from an authorized retailer in the country where you file the claim, you will receive full and unrestricted services under the Sennheiser Warranty from any authorized retailer in this country. If you purchased the Product from an unauthorized retailer or distribution channel (e.g. grey/parallel imports), you can still contact the authorized retailers in your country to obtain services under the Sennheiser Warranty. However, if replacement parts are required for the services, the authorized retailer is entitled to charge separately for any import duties, levies or taxes incurred.
