Sennheiser's TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC 2) plays a central role in Duke Kunshan University's ambitious educational initiative aimed at providing both in-person and immersive online learning experiences across its global classrooms. With 116 TCC 2 units installed across 29 classrooms, 20 meeting rooms, and a Visitors Centre, the university ensures Trusted Sennheiser Audio Quality integrated with camera tracking functionality. The decision to choose TCC 2 was influenced by its advanced features including advanced beamforming technology, excellent speech intelligibility, and Dante support. Despite the project's scale and complexity, Sennheiser aided William Wan, Chief Engineer of Duke Kunshan University in optimizing the system for optimal performance. This collaboration resulted in the successful deployment of TCC 2 units across the campus buildings, significantly enhancing hybrid teaching and remote conferencing experiences for students and participants globally, even amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic.
