WALTER SILVA, today becomes one of the greatest and most representative interpreter of the music of the eastern plains of Colombia. Interpreter of llanera music, by the influence of his environment and the music of the singers of the time. In the countryside around the 70s and 80s, peasant dances for family celebrations, such as New Years and Christmas, were traditional in which Walter Silva allowed his first artistic interventions to emerge, accompanied by musicians from the region who played their guitars.
